The CrossWay Youth Group (middle & high schoolers) will be heading to Wild Adventures!

DATE: Saturday, May 30th

TIME: 8:30AM - 5PM (ish)

COST: $58.38 (Ticket-$46.50 & meal voucher- $11.88) + optional money for snacks/unlimited drink wristband (see below)

REQUIRED FORMS:  Registration/Payment Form, In Case Of Emergency & Photo Consent Form

dropoff and pickup

Drop off will be at 8:30AM in the CrossWay parking lot.
Teens should eat before they arrive, or bring breakfast snacks with them. They will not be stopping for food on the way.

Pick up will be no earlier than 5PM. Estimated Arrival Time will be communicated by text when the teens leave Wild Adventures.

cost

Ticket: $46.50 (including tax) 

Meal Voucher: $11.88 (including tax) 

OPTIONAL: $15-20 for snacks and/or an unlimited drink* wristband ($9 +tax).

*There are water fountains, and students may bring in 1 sealed, plastic water bottle (not a resuable one).

what to bring:

  • Bag with swim suit/change of clothes
  • Towel
  • Sunscreen
  • Snacks (that won't melt) for the car ride home. They will not be stopping for dinner.
  • Optional pre-paid credit card or Debit card/credit card for snacks/drink band (Wild Adventures is a cashless park.)

Option 1: 

Fill out a NEW waiver for each child using the button below:

Option 2:

Update an EXISTING waiver on file. Sign and date it for the next 12 months. 

Follow these steps:

  1. Log into Breeze.
  2. Go to MY PROFILE.
  3. Use the drop-down menu at the top of the page (mobile) or the left side of the page (computer) to go to FORMS.
  4. Click on the existing waiver form.
  5. Click EDIT.
  6. Change any outdated information (insurance numbers, allergies, emergency contacts, etc.
  7. Change the date, sign your name, and click SAVE.
